Audits and supplier management
Preparation and introduction of management systems in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015; VDA 6.ff; IATF 16949, performing system audits in accordance with current standards. (IATF 16949 ; VDA 6.1 ; VDA 6.2 ; VDA 6.4 ; DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 ; ISO 14001)
Conducting and supporting risk assessments, potential analyses, 1st and 2nd party audits, process audits VDA 6.3, Run at rate, launch support, qualification of suppliers to meet the requirements – standards, SQE, SQA
Training as quality manager/auditor, quality officer (internal and external courses), internal auditor, implementation/support of workshops such as PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, KVP, 5S, value stream analyses, etc.
